Seared chicken breast wrapped in a wonton, dredged in flour and lightly fried to a golden brown. Served on a bed of mustard sesame sauce and topped with scallions and a soy reduction.  8.99

Quesadillas
Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses melted in a flour tortilla, topped with diced tomatoes, scallions and jalapenos, served with sides of guacamole, sour cream and salsa.  7.99

Nachos
Tri-colored nacho chips topped with melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, diced tomatoes, scallions, and sliced jalapeno peppers. Served with sides of sour cream, guacamole and salsa.  7.99

Chicken Fingers
Tender strips of chicken breast breaded with Ritz cracker crumbs, deep-fried until golden brown and served with a side of mustamaise dipping sauce.  Plain or Buffalo style  7.49

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichoke hearts blended with sour cream, garlic, cream cheese and bacon. Served with tri-color nacho chips.  7.99

 Buffalo Wings
One pound of chicken wings with celery and bleu cheese dipping sauce.  8.99

Carnival Calamari
Tender calamari deep-fried then quickly sautéed in olive oil, minced garlic, capers, black olives, sliced hot cherry and roasted red peppers with a splash of balsamic vinegar.  8.99

Vegetable Spring Rolls

Two spring rolls stuffed with shredded green and nappa cabbage, red bell peppers and julienned carrots served with a lemon grass dipping sauce.  7.99
