Maine Lobster Bisque

Your guests will be asked to choose: 

Caesar Style Salad

or    Tossed salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette 

Entree

Please select three entrees for your guests to choose from: 

Grilled New York Strip — A twelve ounce New York Strip steak grilled to your liking and topped with a pat of chive butter, served with a baked potato and vegetable du jour. 

Crab Cakes — Specially seasoned jumbo lump crabmeat patties served with rice, vegetables and a side of Crab Louis sauce. 

Roasted Salmon —  Salmon fillet oven roasted and finished in a light citrus tarragon sauce.  Served with vegetable du jour and a baked potato. 

Chicken Marisa — Seared chicken breasts sautéed with shallots, shiitake and portabella mushrooms with sun dried tomatoes, topped with sliced mozzarella cheese, served with rice. 

Scampi over Linguini – Tender shrimp sautéed in olive oil with minced garlic and white wine, then finished with scampi butter.
